Local calculations and drafts
The electricity and budget worksheets calculate in your browser. Their values are not sent to a calculation service, linked to a meter account or saved by our scripts in cookies or local storage. The message preparation tool also works locally and has no message-submission service.
If you choose to copy a draft, the text is placed on your device’s clipboard. If you download it, a text file is created for your device. Your operating system, browser, clipboard history or backup settings may retain those copies. Delete them using your device’s controls when they are no longer needed.
Your browser may restore form values or tabs independently of this site. On a shared device, close the page and check the browser’s saved-data settings after entering private information.
Website delivery
Visiting a website necessarily sends technical request information to its hosting infrastructure, which can include an IP address, requested file, timestamp, browser information and referring page. Hosting or security providers may process operational logs to deliver the site, diagnose faults and protect against abuse. This notice does not promise that a visit is anonymous or log-free.
The supplied pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external font requests or embedded third-party widgets. Images and other site assets are requested from the site itself. Following an external source link takes you to another provider with its own privacy practices.
Email correspondence
If you send an email, we receive the sender address, message, attachments and ordinary email metadata through email providers. We use correspondence to respond where appropriate, investigate corrections, maintain relevant editorial records and address misuse or legal obligations. Do not send account credentials, payment details or information unnecessary to your question.
Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to correspondence and protecting the site may rely on legitimate interests; legal recordkeeping may rely on legal obligations. The appropriate basis depends on the actual purpose and applicable law.
Retention and service providers
Correspondence and operational records should be kept only for as long as needed for their purpose, security, dispute handling or legal requirements. This site does not publish a fixed retention period or a guaranteed hosting location. Hosting and email providers may process information in other countries, subject to their arrangements and applicable law.
We do not offer the worksheet entries for sale or use them for advertising profiles. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing sensitive household information that is not required.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
